Heath, Safety and Environment (HS&E)
At Trinidad, our motto is “It’s about performance”. We have an unwavering commitment to producing the best possible results for our customers and have created a strong reputation for top performance. This commitment shows in many aspects of our business but one of the most important areas, is in our approach to safety.
We work together every day to achieve an injury-free workplace. We believe that a corporate culture that truly values health, safety and environmental performance is a vital key to a successful program. Our commitment to HS&E starts with our management team’s HS&E Leadership Steering Committee and is instilled in every worker, every day.
We start our program with extensive hands-on training. This ensures our crews understand the risks involved in their work and that they are taught safe processes and practices. We equip our people with the tools and resources they need to do their work safely and in an environmentally responsible way. By having one of the most modern and advanced fleets in the industry we improve the safety of our crews and reduce the environmental impact of our operations. Many of our rigs are equipped with some of the latest improvements in drilling technology including automation and integrated control systems. Learn more about the new technology we use
As well as the right training and tools to do the job, at Trinidad, we believe it is important to communicate clearly and consistently. Well-defined roles and responsibilities assist crew members in understanding what is expected of them and in keeping practices consistent across the company. We also believe in communicating widely, sharing best practices and opportunities for improvement so that our whole organization can benefit from the lessons others have learned.
Trinidad is focused on creating a safe and environmentally responsible work place in its daily operations. We are also committed to consistently looking for ways to improve our safety and environmental performance and to reduce the risks of our industry.
